Right to the point
You'll find very little fluff in this book as the author presents the nuts and bolts of what to expect in the industry. I'm very very grateful for an honest heads up with no pie in the sky, guru junk. The info is presented in an easy to grasp format as well. Thank you for this book, Martin Saenz!

Complete Garbage and Waste of Time
I bought this book after reading the contents, and it is not at all what I was expecting. This guy might be successful, but I don't know if its at note investing or through the amazing marketing of his useless book.
This book covers everything except the actual process of sourcing, analyzing, and buying notes. It is more of his personal story, and a lot about his mentorship program and workshop that he sells for $2000. Don't be duped by the other reviews like I was, save your money and time and skip this garbage.
