This works!!! It reallly works!!!
I have been trying to loose weight and keep it off since high school; it is a never ending cycle and nothing seems to work. Out of desperation I tried this and am shocked that is REALLY works. I have been playing this every night before I go to bed and then I usually fall asleep while it is still playing. I have no idea how it works, but I am DEFINITELY not eating as much as i normally do and I am not feeling deprived. And, i am also not thinking about food 24/7 which is so great.

The book is laid out in an easy-to-follow manner. I actually listened through and now plan to put the strategies into action. The self-hypnosis is an interesting concept and can’t hurt to try. Meditation focus on weight loss
I like the guided meditation with music which is very soothing to listen to. The exercises are focused on weigh loss by reprogramming our mindset and boosting the confidence. I like the way the audiobook helps to improve healthy eating habits and improving the relationship of our body and food. There is also a long meditation sound track that I can use to do extra practices for meditation. This is a very pleasant listen and it will be nice to listen repeatedly to practice the meditations.
