An engaging and well-told story set in the late 1950s. It follows a group of brave individuals uncovering a secret plot to take control of Iran’s oil, irrigation, and humanitarian needs. Thus taking you on a political thriller and exciting listen. I was so intrigued with the conspiracy, power and corruption! The narrator, Scott Fleming does a great job bringing many of the characters to life. The story is deep, and very thought provoking. Touching on themes like leadership, duty and sacrifice. There are hints of romance through the stories as well. Overall, it's an interesting listen, especially for those who enjoy historical fiction and thrillers.
