A must listen for any Ramones fan! A true insiders look at the inner working of the machine called Ramones. A fun listen. Sad. Sweet. Raw. Upsetting. Triumphant. A great book about a great band, warts and all.

Producers should have aided the Narrator with pronouncing a few words (like NYC's Houston street).

hey its Marky’s view which is different from other people’s views. if you are a Ramones fan, then why not read the other books from the band and people who were there and enjoy a glimpse into the world of the Ramones?

fantastic and heartbreaking

must read for any serious fan of the ramones or rock/punk in general. teared me up at the end. RIP.

I really enjoyed Marky's book, I would have listened to it in one sitting if I didn't have to work....or have other distractions in life, one of the things I liked was being turned on to one of Marky's earlier bands called Dust.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Great book for any fan of the Ramones or of punk rock for that matter. a truly Rock-n-Roll saga of a band of brothers who fought their way to stardom but never really made it. The rest of the rock world was heavily influenced by the Ramones and this book explains how from Marky's perspective.

Professionally done, a great voice!

The reader is superb. Tells it how it truly was. U will enjoy it. Must read for anyone who are into the greatest rock band of all time.

incredible read

I've been a life long Ramones fan and this book has been the icing on the cake. not just a documentary, a memoir, or even a tell all; Punk Rock Blitzkrieg is the closest we as fans can come to truly experiencing the life of the Ramones. From Marky Ramones start as a kid with a drum set to the being the lone longest lasting member of the Ramones, this book has been more than an incredible read, but a read that touches the core of Ramones fans.

A fun + entertaining read!

Tons a great stories from a true rock vet. Marky offers a insiders view of the '70s + '80s punk scene and early '90s burgeoning alt-rock scene.

Plus, Marky pulls the curtain back on the Ramones, with a legit "behind the scenes" look into the inner machinations of the band that invented punk and spawned a rock + roll revolution.

A must-read for a Ramones fan or punk rock devotee!
