Such a cute fall listen!

Gen is back in town to visit family and take some time to find herself after her mother passed away. Tanner is the new doctor in town, filling in at their local OBGYN office while their other doctor is away. When Gen goes along to support her family at an appointment, she finds out why Tanner is the guy every lady in Stone Creek is talking about. After Gen made a promise to her mother to live life and be happy, she takes a chance on Tanner when he asks her out.

This book is sweet and steamy. Gen wasn't expecting to meet someone new when she went to stay with family in Stone Creek. Tanner wasn't planning on staying in Stone Creek for long, only taking a temporary position for work, but once he has Gen in his life, he knows he needs to do whatever it takes to be with her. The two are clearly meant to be together, they just need a little help from their friends and family to get there.

When I read this series on my Kindle, I did not read it in order, although you'll want to if you're someone who likes to avoid spoilers. I don't mind them though and that won't stop me from reading the others, which I'm anxious to get to!

I love seeing Marie Hawkins narrating more of Samantha's books! I love seeing her grow as a narrator and love how she brings this series to life.

The narration was fabulous. Marie Hawkins is just the best at voicing all the characters. 5/5 stars!!
