Quick Understanding of Professionalism
This book is a great outline of professionalism and standards that lead to professionalism. It is geared mostly for those in the military but adaptable to any profession. Because it is geared with the military in mind, clarity of terms for non-military would enhance the books value.

Just as the title described
Delivered in a simple way with decent nuggets of information. Can't complain much about the way it was written as it was as described. I can't say it was outstanding but it gets the job done. Reading was a bit dry but it's still a good listen.

this was a waste of time. there was zero originality. it was simply a cut and paste of generic overview. just read fm 3-7 instead
