Some say that we are the sum of what we surround ourselves with. For example:

puts you right to sleep

I really can't tell you much of what it tells you throughout the 3.5 hours that it runs. I always fall asleep in the beginning of chapter 2. I can tell you this. I feel better in the morning when I wake up. I feel more positive, clear,focused, confident, and just in general I feel I have a better outlook on life.
I listen to these audio subliminal books all the time. I have many,but I listen to this one the most. I know that it has helped me,and it will you too. You must listen to these audio books more than once , which is easy for me because it's so soothing, and relaxing. enjoy

wow. extremely powerful.

This audible is a great resource. Something to listen to daily. story flows perfectly and helps you relax while helping manifestation.
