A fantastic way to get motivated quickly
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I already have recommended this to my best friend, who is always looking for ways to practice The Secret and law of attraction in her life. I also try to focus on the positive in life and try to consciously monitor my thoughts - making sure they are serving me and helping me get what I want. This audiobook certainly helps create an atmosphere of positivity and a can-do feeling.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, I was able to listen to it in one sitting due to its length. What I loved about this audiobook is that you do not have to listen to it in order. You can skip to chapters with the affirmations you like most, or the chapters with music/nature sounds you prefer over others. I listened to this while cleaning the house and I don't remember the last time I enjoyed cleaning so much. It is easy to get into a good mood listening to this audiobook.
