Heartbreaking

So very sad! An eye opener that people all over the world need! For this young lady to survive all that and pull herself out is amazing!

it shows you how strong the human spirit can be... this woman who was tortured, hated, hurt and worse most of her life from a young teen to adulthood is still standing, and able to tell her story is remarkable. Her story touched me and opened up my eyes how this atrocity needs to be addressed and that we need to speak up.

as graphic and horrible the information is it is written so well that it opened your eyes and makes you want to cry and protect everyone around you. these stories need to be told and heard.

Horrific story that is a must read

My wife works with women coming out of being sex trafficking and I had only heard a little but I see the emotional daily toll it takes on her so I wanted to read to learn more to understand what she deals with. This was well written and honest portrayal of true events without going into glamorizing the events or placing undo blame in any one area. It shows how persistent and organized these operations are and how some peoples perceptions of this are way wrong. This is such an important read.

She found her strength after all. Hooray for Caitlin!

So moving and shocking and horrific. This poor girl. My heart goes out to her and girls and women like her. I am proud of her strength to live and the ferocity to protect her girls. They are lucky to have Caitlin for a mama.
