Acerca de esta escucha
It happened within a week. Survival was just the start of it. It has a plan....
Leon is stuck in England. Grace is on her way to New Zealand and Freya to the 'New United States' in Cuba. The virus has assimilated all of humanity except for these three communities, and now it is prepared to talk with them. How they each choose to respond to the virus will ultimately decide their fate in Plague World, the apocalyptic finale to the Remade trilogy from best-selling author of the TimeRiders series, Alex Scarrow.

Disappointing ending
Love this series, I really do. It was a journey for me, but sometimes ambiguity isn't a writers friend. We all took this trip with Leon, but that ending was so disappointing, at least for me.

Inconsistent
I am fine with an author making up their own set of rules for their story world. I cannot stand it when the author then breaks the rules he himself made. This story started out pretty good (book 1) made some questionable changes (book 2) then proceeded to drive it off a cliff into an ocean of nonsense (book 3).
I still enjoyed parts of the story, but the VERY inconsistent ways people could become infected was frustrating, and the simple explanation that the virus “evolved” doesn’t make sense as evolution happens within generations of a being, not just randomly over night. The fact that seemingly every person that was liquified in the first book is just dead and gone, yet somehow the virus managed to preserve the 1st person ever infected…? It makes no sense on top of no sense. I wouldn’t tell someone not to read these books, but seeing how it ends I’m not sure I’d recommend it.
