helped migraine
I've only listened once. I had a horrible migraine and I didn't have a meditation for a migraine so I used this. it didn't get rid of it but it did help! like I said I only tried this today. I think for just stress relief it will be phenomenal!

I’m shocked
I don’t write reviews I really don’t. But I really had to write this. I can’t believe this did anything. I have been so stressed that I’ve been in physical pain and suffering from a stiff back with shooting pain. I couldn’t get to sleep because of this pain.
Something about this allowed me to have a cathartic release and I shed some tears through the breathing exercises and my pain… that I thought was very physical and real… disappeared. And I was able to finally sleep. The entire night for the first time since I can remember, in YEARS, I slept with no pain or anxiety or jaw clenching or headache waking me up.
Please give this a try. And wear the headphones, it really does help.

This is great
