Super helpful guide

Being a new parent is a bit like being on a rollercoaster, blindfolded, and...nobody told you that you were actually on a roller coaster! HA! But seriously - it's been a whirlwind. This guide "Our Plus One" helped immensely. I've bought countless audiobook presentations over the past year to prep me for this phase of having the new baby in the house. This book, I can honestly say is hands down the best one yet. Seriously, highly recommended. If you only get one book to help you prep for having the new baby in the home - this is the one. Ok. Baby is finally sleeping, I'm gonna try and get a nap. A+!

If you want to relieve some stress with having a newborn, this book has so many great tips to help you feel prepared with your new bundle of joy. Each month gives you what to expect and how to better prepare for it. I would highly recommend it for anyone expecting a newborn, it will save you time and stress. Great information that was easy to follow and understand.

Perfect timing to listen too!!

Focused towards Mom and Dad , this helps also the grandparents as well. Listening as a grandparent I can relate better and help my kids when they need help. Elizabeth put together a great audiobook and Crystal was easy to listen too. A great option for the new ones!!!

What a lifesaver!

I could only imagine what it would be like when welcoming a newborn, and this book seemed to cover it all. It can all be super overwhelming, and how to even know what book to choose seems daunting. This book was so helpful! I really appreciate that this book covers the month-by-month journey. Each month is different and amazing. It’s an easy listen, the narration is amazing, and it just feels nurturing.

Finally! a book that knows what we need

It's definitely a book that every man and woman, or just those who have friends or family members who just recently had a newborn in their house should listen to as well as give to them since not only is it about how you can better yourself when it comes to taking care of your baby, but it also teaches you the step by step process you can follow from the 1st to the 6th month while still providing useful information every step of the way. You can also really enjoy listening to it, not only because the information is fascinating and detailed, but it is also enjoyable to hear what the narrator has to say regarding taking care of a baby. I strongly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how they can take care of their baby every step of the way.

This audiobook contains lots of helpful information for new moms and dads expecting as well as experienced couples since we always have room for improvement. Safety is one of the most important aspects when it comes to caring for and raising a baby. The book gives detailed safety ideas and recommendations including and not limited to hidden dangers in the home that expecting moms may not be aware of. It also reflects on parental stress, couple stress, and sibling rivalry, with detailed solutions and tips to guide parents reduce the stress that comes with parenting. I do recommend this book especially if you are expecting a baby.

There is so much to worry about when you're expecting, and people don't freely talk about their experiences like they should. So an audiobook like this is invaluable. It's a thoughtful list of what you can expect. And that is priceless. Great narrator too.

My wife loved it
