Captivating storytelling
I truly enjoyed following Sarah’s life as an early American settler. I found myself smiling along with her joys and crying along with her many sorrows. Gail Combs Oglesby’s storytelling flows beautifully and immerses you in Sarah’s journey. I eagerly await the sequel coming to audible, as the narration was wonderfully executed.

Capturing
I truly enjoyed listening to this book, so much thought was put into it, I feel once you start reading/ listening to it you will see how the story draws you in an feel as you are there. I feel this a must read and I look forward to her next book.
