A must read!

I was gifted this book by a friend. I was actually thinking it was going to be a light sappy story. This was not the case. It’s not just a story of a stolen dog, it is the story of courage, of human kindness, of the power of faith and love. Oliver will make you laugh and make you cry but best of all it will make you pause and reflect on this thing called life and the fact that it’s not how we live it, it’s who we let guide it.

I really love this book! I could relate to the story as it went along I live through every moment along with Steven looking for his dog. unforgettable story... you must not miss

I loved this book and enjoyed the PDF photos. What adorable doggies he's loved.
When Pets depart they do leave a piece of their hearts with us, and they take a piece of ours along with them.
We love them forever. The purest love is with our pets. Unconditional love is the gift.
It is not a religious story but is deeply spiritual. I was inspired by his increased faith in humanity and the daily faith he relied on for strength.. in his journey of love, discovery, and recovery, he found his beautiful soul and could again love himself even after all the sufferings and losses that almost took him over the edge... I was so amazed. His story is well written. It flows well and kept me engaged and in suspense throughout the chapters. How he drew strength for himself through his faith and prayers was beautiful and admirable. Thank you Steve for this uplifting and wonderful book.

Oliver, an inspiration

I love dogs and have had many special ones in my life and that is what drew me to the story.
This story came when I was struggling with the most difficult challenge of my life and spoke to me and reminded me of what I know to be truth, we are never alone. Like Steve I learned things happen for a reason, we just have to open our hearts and eyes.
