Short Historical Story

Although this story is short it has a lot to offer. We get a small peek into the lives of two characters that are just looking to be loved for who they are not what they can offer. It felt like more of a short story addition to a larger series I would have liked to see a little more history on how the main characters where before they got together. A fun listen Time Gilbert did an excellent job on the British accents and keeping them distinct and easy to identify. Not an epic, fall in love with book; but a nice easy enjoyable listen.

Steamy Short

Although very short, you get a good sense of character depth and the journey the have gone on. Great narration, earnest characters, and steamy scenes.

Hot scenes but no real character reveals

It’s very short, which is a shame as it feels like these characters could be fleshed out more, but for what it is it’s nice. Just don’t expect anything too in-depth.

Historical MM Romance

Another good gay historical romance story. Henry was like this gentle giant that wanted nothing more than Grey's love. Grey recognizes the spark in Henry's eyes, realizes the attraction is mutual and sets a plan in motion to make the big, burly man his. There isn't a lot of story per say to this one, it's all about the two men and what happens behind closed doors, when no one is watching. I did want a little bit more content and thought this book had so much potential to be expanded on, that was disappointing, but overall I really enjoyed the story. My first time listening to this narrator, Tim Gilbert, but I enjoyed his tones and what he did with the characters.
