William Kent Krueger is a favorite of mine.
I really have enjoyed his Cork O'Connor series. I have a few more in this series to listen to, but I have enjoyed quite a few already. Love the nature aspect very much.

A rich story
This is my favorite of the Cork O’Connor Mystery series. I’m anxious to read it again. IMHO, the richest story so far.

Wow, another great story!
I have enjoyed every Krueger book I’ve listened to so far. He paints vivid characters , beautiful and fearsome landscapes , plot lines that grab and hold my interest. Narrator does a great job.

Love happens unexpectedly and in a little surprise bundle
I thought I wouldn't like this book. I have listened to every book in order over the past 2 months. I'll now move into the next. I love the characters and felt in the end Aaron gave his everything when they named the baby I caught my breath. I think the only part of the book that becomes mundane is Rose's praying. Reminds me of the movie Steel Magnolias when that girl prays over everything and Dolly Partons character describes her perfectly! But on to the next book. I had gotten the first few books free- they were included after I got hooked they all cost money - audible got me so I bought them on Black Friday and they were affordable. I dread the book that will be Henry's journey on the path of souls.
