Should be required reading for all Managers

Great book! You won't be disappointed. Dave has really put together a sound book on leadership, developing people and growing your business. Regardless if you're a new manager, or a seasons pro, this book needs to be in your library.

Densely packed with thought provoking leadership

While listening to the chapters I found myself having to replay almost every section because as each topic was covered, I found myself relating the information to what I have going on in my life and in my career. As that was going on, Dave was well into the next topic, maybe two, and I missed them. I should have used the pause button more while I was organizing my thoughts. Excellent book on leadership, I will likely listen to it again.

Learn 2 Lead

This book is an excellent guide on how to lead change in many aspects of your life. Daves no BS approach to writing and speaking is very refreshing and has me ready to take my life to the next level

One of the best leadership books out there

There is no time for filler lines on this book. Every sentence has been written to help us become better leaders. I’ve been implementing the changes as I’ve gone through the book and already see change taking place. I will be reading this book several more times!

Loved this book.it is simple and real. Great map to success. A motivational inward look at self included. Will be listening more than once.

Good information

Good information from someone who has lived the car business. Dave offers insight offered in few books I have read.

Run up the score

If you want to know how to get it from if it and run up the score. This book will give you the road map to get it done. My General Manager and Fixed Operations Director would #runupthescore when things started to increase. I felt like wind up toys. This book is my play book for that.
