Good book, decent narration, worth the money.
The narratot, Guy Williams is somewhat monotoned. He lacks appropriate emotions in his vocals. Yet he manages to make it work more often than not.
The plot is not overly extended. The action sequences are not detailed with the wit of a 10 year old, and the contents are not saturated with a thousand love scenes.

Excellent series
This is a classic space adventure of a broken souled MC. Throughout the series, the MC puts family and friends above himself in all respects save one. When the fighting starts, he is the king. This book is an excellent section of the story, but not my favorite. Mainly because there is more breakage of the MC, in such a manner that fits the story, but just doesn’t appeal to me. Overall an excellent series, and I am already on to the next chapter in this adventure. Mr. Williams is an outstanding narrator, and as always does an amazing job.

great novel and narration
another great book in the Benjamin Jamison series. the narration was great, as expected from Guy Williams. the only thing that kept slightly boddering me is the relationship between Taz and Ben. either get together or not, they keep fighting and making up, over and over. not small fights, either. they also keep on making the same mistakes so that it never really works out.
i am glad he finally got to put the murder of his parents behind him as well. personally, i am hoping this will turn in to a harem, lol. all though i dout it.
