Acerca de esta escucha

Revenge. Restoration. Romance. A few deadly wishes.

The Glass Elder wants wishes. Three, to be exact. Athelas wants a way in, and those wishes may well be that way—but giving the Elder what he wants means putting Camellia in harm's way. It also means that YeoWoo will have to choose between trusting Athelas one last time, and taking a bite at suddenly hot revenge that could swiftly go cold if she misses her chance.

Now that revenge is within reach of her teeth, will YeoWoo manage to tear out one last, bloody heart? Can Athelas put aside his own ends for long enough to protect all those dearest to him from threats outside—and from himself?

Can a family that began in blood survive one too many wishes and a far-too-wily Elder, or will the world as they know it fall apart into the chaos of wishes-gone-wrong?

Fantastic Story

This whole series was amazing! One of the absolute best redemption arcs I’ve ever read. So many authors make it a sudden decision for the protagonist to turn a page and try to redeem themselves for past mistakes. This series did an amazing job of seeing the steady progression of change in the characters and showing how they learned to forgive themselves and others. It was well done, I thoroughly enjoyed all of these books and can’t recommend them enough. Definitely suggest that these should be read only after the City Between Series to get the best impact and knowledge of all the characters involved.

The perfect ending! 😭

Well, I finally stopped crying long enough to write this review. This book was the perfect ending to The Worlds Behind! I absolutely loved the theme of repentance and redemption in this entire series, but it came to a beautiful climax in this final book. I can not express how much I loved this series and the characters that will forever be engraved on my heart!

If anyone needs me, I’ll just be relistening to The City Between and The Worlds Behind and crying. I'll definitely be crying! 😭🥹❤️
