best in series
This is my favorite book in the series and left a good feeling overall. It has mostly aged well for an older book with few out of date techs or politically correct or incorrect refs.
Rudd does a decent job of narration.

Ally’s toughness
I liked that the story was fast and relatable. Ally and Jonah were definitely going to get together from the first time he saw her. The fact that she was a cop and daughter of the commissioner and Jonah had a history with her father added to the intrigue. It was interesting how the criminals worked to get access to to houses. Kinda knew Ally and Jonah would be together at the end.
