One of the truly great metaphysical books for overall mental, physical and spiritual growth. Myriad self-improvement ideas are consistently presented. I have one of the original copies of this book and what a joy it is to listen over and over again, and/or simultaneously read and listen. The narrator greatly added to the repeated listening.
