Superficial writing, non-professional reading
I started listening to this book but it was simply unbearable. The "facts" are so superficial ("100K Dutch Jews were killed in the Holocaust but many more would have been murdered had Dutch families not hidden them", "The Netherlands absorbed many immigrants and as a result became a multi-cultural country" and so on and so forth). The reader hasn't made the slightest effort to learn how to pronounce Dutch words and phrases such as "buiten" or "doe maar gewoon". Steer away from this book by all means.
