Great AUDIBLE

Extremely intensive and adroit gander at Mysticism. I will peruse this book considerably more than once. I will be checking out its many references and commentaries.

narrator reminds me of Reverend Lovejoy...

...from The Simpsons. Some people may enjoy that, I found it a bit distracting. Overall there is some good information in the book.

One Of The Best Things

It clarifies complex ideas without any difficulty, and interestingly, I feel like I really figured out how to think. Reflection is far beyond mindfulness and zeroing in on your breath. This book will bring you profound into the deep, dark hole, from straightforward breathing activities the entire way to astral projection.

So much new-age data

So much new-age data out there has too much fluff to have any foundational grounding. This audible, although viewed as new age is filled with ancient knowledge and wisdom that takes dedication to fully achieve.
