I loved this!

I had no idea who Fred Stoller was (sorry Fred) until I heard his narration. Immediately I knew the person speaking!
This was a great little enjoyable listen.
I think you could pull off your own show ;-) but in the meantime I will be happy catching your characters whereever they turn up on my viewing dial.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

It was touching how understanding and compassionate Fred was toward others who were unkind to him along the way. It's as if he gave everyone tremendous latitude and understanding. He seemed immensely appreciative of every small "win" in his life.

Any additional comments?

I'm so glad he narrated the book! It just wouldn't have been the same otherwise.

Amusing!

There was a little "woe is me" but I think Fred does that on purpose for effect. This guy is funny!

Super interesting

I only wish it was longer! I love the peak behind the curtain into the stressful but supremely interesting world of show biz.

Perfect for a day-drive

I have to drive quite a bit for work and this story is of the perfect length for a day trip. The story is entertaining and the narration is on-point. It really makes me appreciate what it must be like for a sitcom writer. I've already listened to it twice and it's a given that I'll listen to it again during one of those few-hour trips.

This was an enjoyable book - short, just long enough. It was interesting to hear about the whole writing process for a sitcom like Seinfeld.

Seinfeld fans - quick, fun story

Fred Stoller does a nice job writing a bit piece about a bit player, himself.

This book is not an earth shattering gossip piece or anything like that, but it’s a fun look into the behind-the-scenes world of producing Seinfeld. Stroller was a writer for one season, and appeared on an episode the following season (as Elaine’s boyfriend). So he is part of a piece of TV history built into his career along with having a long career in acting, writing and comedy.

I didn’t realize who Fred Stoller really was until I heard his voice on my audiobook. But I knew I’d be in for a treat because I appreciate his sense of humor and the fact that he does not take himself seriously at all. He’s completely willing to share every embarrassing moment of his life in the name of Comedy.

Funny and interesting but not sure-splitting or focused 100% on Seinfeld. Don’t expect too much and you’ll be glad you took a detour to check this out.

That was fun!

I love the inside scoop on Seinfeld and Sitcoms in general. Love the detail including pay rate which I've always wondered. That was shocking! My only complaint is that it is short, right under two hours. I would love to hear more.
