- Making dumb decisions buying horrible houses
- Disgruntled contractors filing liens
- Buying a high-end house with a 10 year lease in place
- Buying many houses sight unseen and discovering why you shouldn’t always do that
All of these stories and much more are detailed in this book. Mark has never been scared to take on a challenge and that has not always worked out for the best. He talks a lot about his good deals; flips, rentals, businesses, etc. on YouTube and social media. But these are the bad and crazy deals!
