As always with Landish, this is very entertaining!

This is a book that shows how each of us can get lost in our own insecurities & color how we see the world & those around us. Each main character had their own preconceived notions about other people & what they were sure those same people thought about them - this part was very relatable. The test was pure chemistry & entertainment as the web they wove with good intentions was used against them. This seems to be a pattern I this family. while it was entertaining & the characters had great chemistry it would be good not to be predictable compared to the other book with Ross & Violet.

Passionate Sprinkles

A wonderful story line with bits of "passionate sprinkles" throughout.

Thank you Lauren for such a whimsical tale with a touch of class. The voices, narrated by of Carly Robins and Lance Greenfield, were the perfect choices. I just started audio books and look forward to listening to more of yours.

Great book

I loved this book! I really hoped that Courtney and Kaeden would hook up in the first book but I’m glad they got a whole book to themselves. And these two narrators did a great job bringing life to the characters.

Feel good, funny listen!

Lauren Landish had this release come at the perfect time. Just when I was looking for a feel good, laugh out loud story, My Big, Fat, Fake Engagement is out and I am thrilled! It's just what i needed. Courtney Andrews is settling into a new position at her job and is known as the ice queen. She has replaced her brother, Ross who has gone after his dream of branding his gym, with his best friend Kaede. In an effort to secure a deal, Kaede is put in an awkward position, and tells everyone he is engaged to Courtney. Now forced to act on his announcement, Courtney and Kaede have to pretend they are a couple and on their way to the alter. Little did they know, fate has stepped in! This is so much fun. I love the characters, from Courtney and Kaede to the evil Missy we get a taste of all personalities. It's got it all too! Steamy passion, witty banter, fun dates, unusual circumstances and the best friends from My Big, Fat, Fake Wedding! You will love this listen as much as I do!

Carly Robins and Lance Greenfield are an incredible narrating team, and when I see their names together, I know it's going to be good. These seasoned performers zero in on the personalities of the characters and deliver their dialogue with voices of perfection. Loved these two as Court and Kaede!

Entertaining

I liked it. The main characters were a bit too predictable. There was a villan and I would have like to see more interaction with that person. However, it was worth the listen.

Enjoyed This Book

Courtney and Caleb. I really liked them. She was smart, strong, kind and had great internal dialogue. Caleb was adorable, flawed, snd loyal to a fault. I liked all their friends and family. My only issue is that the book could have been, maybe 8 chapters shorter. I wondered more than once when it might end. But, I did enjoy it.

What can I say about Lauren Landish. . This story is book 2 in the series. All her stories are for all ages. This about Courtney you meet her in book 1 . Lauren will have you rooting for the couple. Once you start listening you’ll be glued till the end . A love story that we need to cheer on.

The performance of Carly Robins, Lance Greenfield was beyond words. They were perfect for this part and the voices were smooth and strong

Cute, sexy rom com about Courtney & Kade

The youngest sibling is a very controlled,OCD type, list making, corporate, brainiac beauty attracted to a her brother’s best friend with a similar personality traits. Kade and Ross have opened their own gym business. The drama involves the business. Great dialogue and characters. The narration is good though Lance Greenfield is not my most favorite performer and Carly Robins male voice is a bit to gravelly. A very sweet HEA and plenty of continued involvement from brother Ross, sister-in-law Violet and the characters from book 1. Well worth a credit.
