Some great tips

This was a nice book to listen to, although the continuous reference and nudging to buy the author's other products was a bit annoying.

However, I'm glad I purchased this book, the success story is impressive and author offers many viable ideas on how to maximize the potential revenue streams.

Does what it says on the tin & very unique

Would you consider the audio edition of Multiple Streams of Property Income to be better than the print version?

Yes, as I prefer audio books and can listen on 2x speed and go back more easily.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Neither as it is an information book. There are real life examples from the author but it is not fictional so not appropriate. I found I learned things in this book I have not in many other books of the same theme

I'm surprised by the one star reviews. They look as biased as some 5 star reviews. Were they listening to the same book as me, because there is lots of information. I wonder if the book is at a higher level as the strategies are quite advanced and it is NOT a beginners book. Or perhaps they just have something against the author or the narrator. I gleaned many techniques from the book, in property and in business and income generating too. TO be fair this is much more than just a property book, which might explain why some people didn't get the information they wanted. So if you want JUST property, perhaps but the authors other books. I found this book very unique and have not learned or read many of the techniques I learned in this book
