Mr Mercedes en version livre audio va vous captiver. Un matin glacial de 2009, de nombreux chômeurs patientent devant l'entrée d'un salon de l'emploi. Soudain un psychopathe conduisant une Mercedes fonce sur eux. Huit morts, quinze blessés : voici le macabre bilan de l'acte le plus excitant que Mr Mercedes ait jamais vécu. Ce dernier s'évapore mystérieusement avec sa voiture. Un an plus tard, il envoie une lettre à Bill Hodges. Passionné par cette affaire, ce policier à la retraite va partir à sa recherche et mener l'enquête.
Avec Mr Mercedes, l'excellent Stephen King se lance dans le roman policier et c'est une réussite. Antoine Tomé, le narrateur, interprète à la perfection les différents personnages de l'histoire. Tout au long de l'écoute, le suspense vous tient en haleine jusqu'à la dernière minute.

Why?
Why is the first book of the series only available in French, but the other two are offered in English? I had no idea this book was in French, because it's the ONLY version that pops up when the title is searched. That's going to be an issue since I don't understand French.
