Highest Praise
How has this author and this series of books escaped notice? Why isn't Mr. Fortune as well known as Hercule Poirot? The stories are anything but tame, and the dry humour, the beautiful writing, the cadence and nuance ( Graham Scott does justice to it!) give a thoroughly satisfying experience.
