Except, seeing him every day definitely throws a wrench in that plan. Before I know it, we’re trading favors for dates, and as much I don’t want to admit it, the feelings for him I thought were dead and buried are taking root and growing into something that looks a lot like love. So glad I ignored the title ….

I almost didn’t get this because I didn’t like the title or the quip beneath it. But I heart eyes Joe Arden’s voice it’s so soothing and easy to listen to plus the reviews we’re raving. And rightly so. This was cute!!! It was funny!!! It was special!!! I laughed I cried I swooned. I added it to my favorites library because I’ll be reading this again!!! Don’t let the title turn you off this worthy story.

Great read!

Loved this book! I loved the relationship that Wyatt developed with Whitney’s daughter, Prissy! The relationship between Prissy and Wyatt’s dog is even better. The Father-Daughter dance scene, was by far one of my favorites!

Funny and Heartwarming!

What a fantastic story. I loved everything about this book, koodoos to Heather!
This was such a sweet charming funny listen. I laughed out loud and got all the feels. I loved that there was no drama in this it was just a great love story told. It was truly a mature romance and I loved every bit of it. Prissy was definitely the star in this story, absolutely adored her character.
Joe and Vanessa where amazing, they brough this to life for sure. Worth your credit IMO.

hilarious

got this for Joe arden. at first I was scared I was going to hate it bc the FMC started out annoying. she was a jerk and childish. thank God it didn't last long at all. then it was hilarious and sweet. so glad I listened to this one. both narrators were freaking amazing!

I need a Wyatt

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! This is one of my favorite books of the year. I kept hearing so many good things about it. Prissy is absolutely one of the best children characters ever. She reminded me of my own daughter when she was younger.
As a single mom, I can verify that Wyatt is what we’re all dreaming about. He is completely swoony. I could relate to Whitney and her fears of getting too close. I did the audio, and it was fantastic.

Perfect book for plus catalog

This was young, sweet and sexy but ever since audible decided to replace escape with plus I’ve been aching to find good romance novels. It’s like we are the genre they don’t care about. I even upgraded my membership which was a total mistake because I spent tons of money to buy extra credits. I just switched back to my original membership. This story wasn’t bad, after all I’m from Louisiana, but it was young and light and I’m older and want different options.

Absolutely amazing!

This book was such a delight to listen to, I found myself smiling and at times laughing out loud at little Prissy and her antics. This is such a feel good rom-com I know that I will be listening to more than once.
