Great for people looking to save for a mortgage!
This audiobook is a short and sweet listen for people who are looking to save up for their first home. It offers reasons to save money for a mortgage instead of opting to put less money down before getting one, everything that has to do with how the mortgage process works, and how to improve your own financial situation to be able to put yourself in a better position to set yourself up for the mortgage. I am currently saving up for my first home, and this book gave me peace of mind that I was doing everything right when it comes to saving. However, I actually had no clue about the process of getting a mortgage. I just never really looked into it and pushed it off until later. Stumbling upon this book though, I was able to learn everything I needed to know and now I feel as confident as ever for my first home purchase!
