Good for your health
This year, I have been working towards a healthier lifestyle. I enjoyed the chapters on mocktail recipes and non-alcoholic drinks. It allows you to offer non-alcoholic alternatives at dinner parties and have nice drinks while socialising outside. The audiobook was engaging and covered important topics like tracking your financial savings and how to navigate social situations. This is certainly a useful guide if you want to move from alcoholic drinks to non-alcoholic ones.

Thank god they actually taste good
I was NOT a alcoholic (isn't that what everyone says?) but it ran in my family and I was starting to head that direction, so I cut it out entirely. Some sections are great but not for me, like the social strategies section (I'm already an ass and can tell people to f off lol), but how to manage triggers and temptations was so important to me that l've already lessoned to that section twice. The recipes are to die for, the margarita mocktail (I think its called), 10/10.
Great book, recommend fully.

A Great Resource
I listened to this audiobook because I wanted to drink less alcohol but still enjoy social events. I wasn’t ready to completely quit, but I wanted to see if cutting back would make me feel better. The book gave me really simple tips that made it easier. One of my favorites was finding fun mocktail recipes. I tried a few at home, and they were delicious! It made me realize I didn’t need alcohol to enjoy a good drink. I would recommend it !
