Another good Meredith and Hodge novel.Try to read them in order so you aren't confused as I was!lol It is a great series!Lee Beddow is a really good narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

omg, so close

Meredith is such a good friend and detective that he puts his own health secondary to helping his friend and has dire consequences. I was beside myself with worry over Meredith's condition. His boss is beyond exhausting, and I'm glad he's rid of that one and has different priorities now. A great series that gets better and better. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

Love this Series!

The first chapter was a bit confusing but everything fell into place by chapter 2. Once the search for evidence began, I could not stop listening. The characters are likeable and I always enjoy Peggy being part of the story. This was a great addition to the series, and Lee Beddow is the perfect choice for narration.

Family Secrets

Another good Meredith and Hodge story. I only gave 4 stars because I found it to be more predictable than the others, however I thoroughly enjoyed it and am looking forward to more of M&H.
Family secrets aplenty in this one. How far are you willing to go to protect your loved ones? Or, to NOT protect them so you can finally know the truth?
And government procedures and the special secrets they have!
Meredith and Hodge are on the case and will not give up till they get the truth!

Wow...twists and turns abound

Another incredible Meredith and Hodge journey. Once again MK Turner's talent as a writer combined with Lee Beddow's ability to bring the story and its characters to life makes this an must read from Audible.There are so many twists and bumps in this book. The wonderful part is that they are equally mixed with crime and personal chaos. I was obsessed with this book in particular because of the pain that Meredith found himself counting about. It was a thread that had me on the edge of my seat. Add the usual Hodge and Meredith dither and I was almost unable pause this book for any other activity once I started. MK Turner has the ability to keep me guessing and riding an adrenaline rush from page one Lee Beddow's narration makes that more intense. As always this isn't a cliff hanger but I am excited to listen to the next book in the series.
