Mindset": cómo cambiar tu mentalidad para crecer

Interesante el planteamiento de la autora respecto del concepto de mentalidad fija frente a mentalidad de crecimiento, y cómo este factor impacta en nuestras vidas. La autora, experta en el tema, ofrece ejemplos de diferentes áreas como deportes, negocios y relaciones para ilustrar cómo estas mentalidades influyen en nuestro comportamiento. Aunque encontré que algunos puntos eran básicos, el libro invita a reflexionar sobre cómo cambiar nuestra forma de pensar para superar desafíos. ¡Una lectura que invita al cambio y al crecimiento personal! No me gustó la narración por parte de la autora. Me pareció carente de interpretación y emoción.

One of the best books I’ve ever read

I have learned about and been familiar with the idea of a growth mindset for a long time. I thought this book would be a nice reminder of some generic ideas, but it was SO much deeper than that. I will re-read/listen to this many times.
