Once you do, chances are that you will never let stress raise its ugly head again. Stress and anxiety-related illnesses are on the increase and there’s a very good reason for this. The world lives at such a pace that it’s hard to stay connected to the important things.
We live in a very material world and nowadays try to live in larger houses. We live around technology and in the workplace are expected to perform miracles. The problem is that when the miracles don’t happen, it kind of bursts our bubble and makes us feel inadequate as if we don’t measure up. Stress comes in all different forms. Perhaps you are worried financially.
Perhaps you can’t make friends and when you do, they turn out to be disappointments. Stress can also happen when you are trying to bring up a family and don’t have the resources that you feel your kids deserve. However, mindfulness is for everyone. It doesn’t matter whether you are a stay-at-home mom or a top executive.
This book explains in terms that you can easily understand so that you can take advantage of feeling happy again. Every person on this Earth has that right and the more people I can reach with this message of hope, the better.
