Thomas' book is a simple and direct guide to mindfulness.. I enjoyed it because it gives real tips on how to stop overthinking, manage stress, and deal with pressure. Both the humor and advice make this guide easy to understand. This book is a good read.

Genuinely fun

I think men need to spend more time on their self-care, and this is a great entry point. It's got great info, presented in a very digestible format. I got a lot out of this, for sure.

Great book! Heard it from the hospital, and it was exactly what I needed. My favorite part was the use of the senses to kill anxiety—simple, effective, and actually useful in real-life situations. No fluff, no nonsense, just practical tools that work. Gonna listen to it again to make a list of the top five strategies I must implement. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take control of their mind without the usual mindfulness clichés. The British accent made it never more engaging!

I have a clear mind now

I had really been struggling with my mindfulness as of late. I just feel like a lot of the advice out there is a bunch of the same rehashed stuff over and over again. I liked this books approach where it cut the fluff and got straight to the point. I now feel like I have the tools I need to stay calm under pressure and be more confident with the actions I’m taking.

Great guide to mindfulness for men

A really relatable and direct guide to mindfulness especially tailored to men. I purchased this audiobook for my husband and we’ve been listening to it together, I think what he appreciated most is that it left out the usual waffle that comes with explanations of mindfulness. He is starting to implement the advice into his daily life and says he has already noticed a change to his stress levels!

Excellent

No chanting, no sitting on a mountain, just direct advice that actually makes sense. Breaks down mindfulness in a way that doesn’t make u roll ur eyes, which is rare. The parts on shutting down stress and overthinking hit home, and it’s all stuff you can actually apply instead of just nodding along and forgetting about it later. Quick listen, no BS, solid tips worth it.
