What exactly is “Mind hacking?”
“Mind hacking” is about getting your mind to do things your mind doesn’t know it can do or isn’t doing, things that you want it to do.
The mind is extremely powerful, but it has no direction, and that’s where you come into play. You need to give your mind its direction, and when it doesn’t give you what you want, that is when you might “hack” it to work around its natural design and limitations.
That is what hacking your mind is about – getting that infinitely powerful mind of yours to do something you want it to do, even when it isn’t complying or doesn’t understand.

Clever, entertaining
I listen this book because I had problems to concentrate. When listening to people my mind was constantly wandering. This book helped my mind to be attentive. There's much more in the book but that's what was most helpful to me. I already recommended to three people.
The book itself is well written: It's a mixture between personal story.stories from well known people and researches.Kyle Faber put a lot of effort into the book and it shows. Highly recommendable, especially for programmers.

Really enjoyed it
Although Kyle Faber is not a neuroscientist, he has studied neurology for 10 plus years which I believe gives him a bit of an edge in this sphere. I listen this book and the one he wrote before it . I really enjoyed the knowledge I gained from both books but this book in particular helped me better understand the physiological aspects of how neurons affect emotional patterns. The insight I gained was truly helpful in changing my own patterns of behavior.

I haven't even finished it yet
Kyle Faber has a real gift to take the complicated subject of the quantum & making simple to understand. I haven't even finished it yet & I can see that it has changed my life for good already!! I definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to come out of the stuck places in life.
