Unfortunately, the cats "eat each other up" when asked who is prettiest, and the only one left is a scrawny kitten who hid because she didn't think she was in the running. Given the right kind of love and nourishment, she blooms into a beauty. This is a sweet story, and children will love repeating the "millions of cats" refrain.

We recently discovered these kids audible books that have the illustrations in a slideshow as they listen to the stories on their fire tablets in the app. My boys (5-11) are all LOVING discovering their favorite stories over again with Audible! These are a STEAL!

The Weston Woods productions for young children are wonderful! Please add more of these and similar productions by Scholastic, etc. (classic picture books with narration) to Audible catalog.

Slideshow is a cool feature
Classic book, good narration and unobtrusive sound effects. The slide show of illustrations from the book was a nice surprise. I wish all kids books came with them.

Where are the pictures?
We've been slowly going through and buying the books in the With Synchronized Images category. This one was placed in that category but doesn't show any illustrations other than the cover image - I wish we could get the illustrated audiobook version or exchange it for one that has pictures!
