A must read.

I love this book. I know what it is like to make silly decisions that could ruin your life. This book explains steps needed for to improve your life and keep the rate of recidivism down. A great story of jail to success. Which some great gems in each chapter. Also, there is a great book list I'm the back. All the books used in the story were real books, which makes it even more interesting. A great read for inmates, parolee's, troubled youth, or just someone who comes from a crappy background, who wants to succeed. I love this book.

this book is entertaining and full of knowledge

I truly enjoyed listening to this book. it inspired me and motivated me to want to take action, it's 5:30 in the morning and I'm doing push ups. I continue to read everyday. I have a mentor in my life, and I'm continuing to Mentor others. I have a true purpose in my life.

Surreal Feelings

Recommendation from a loved one, and though i listened to it instead of visual in a book, I felt I was understanding the characters true feelings and I can place and intertwine their stories with real life.

The Miracle book

I loved the change of how to look at life and to be Selfless. The lord is great and people are amazing. To have done this to be a mentor and be so selfless means a whole lot because this world has blinders on and no one looks at what you know could help the other persons problems and they could help yours.

A motivating story that will stimulate hearts

this is a beautiful story. An easy read. It provides hope and faith to those who most need it. Also, if I do say so myself....the narrator nailed it ;)

kid who didnt like to read but needed to listen

I was gifted this book 10 years ago and the author came out. i was in the same foot steps this character was. i was chosen out of many hundred people 100 dollars and still have not forgotten. I am know reading this audio on this book after many years as promise to my self. As i felt the look in the authors eyes how real and passionate he was. i look back and wish i had read this book again earlier many gems and a book that not gives u steps but also is not fruand upon adding other books to help in this book. Forever greatfull this book was gifted to me and many in a school that very much needed this. Thank you.

A story full of truths

This is a great story full of truths that can be applied for a successful life. It's easy to read as well as connect with the characters throughout the book. I have applied some of the things Malcolm teaches Tony on their journey together and the have drastically changed the way I live as well as the quality of which I live it. I would recommend this book to anyone and ask them to pay close attention because their is so much wisdom hidden in the pages of this story. I was completely entertained and learned a bunch of new information.

Great Book!

Loved everything about this book. It was an easy listen, and I found myself thinking about the story throughout the day. I couldn't wait to turn it back on. I got a lot out of this book and plan on sharing with my teenage kids.
