Critical thinking starts with reconnecting with your inner self through meditation. We shall teach you exactly how to do that in this book. Once you have reconnected with your inner self, this book will equip you with skills to solve your problems amicably and reach your goals without a hassle.
All you need to do is free your mind from the bondage of ignorance, low self-esteem, and external manipulation. The moment you start thinking independently is the beginning of self-awareness. We shall use easy and practical models to bring out the concept of free-thinking to your doorstep in the next few chapters.
By the time you are done with this mental model book, you will be familiar with each of the following things:
