I love this series!

So well written I could see these characters so clearly. I love this series! The suspense was edge of your seat & I loved it.

Maximum Pressure: A Claudia Rose Novel (Claudia Rose Forensic Handwriting Mysteries Book 9), my ninth read from author Sheila Lowe and the ninth book in the Claudia Rose Forensic Handwriting Mysteries. Excellent, well-written mystery that takes off like a jet from an aircraft carrier in the opening pages and never lets up! With every book she writes Lowe continues to sculpt her craft and gets better & better. The characters are likable & attention holding. The plot and the sub-plots were both well-developed. I received an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I'll definitely be reading more in this series as new books come up. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Excellent!

A HS class reunion and a teenager missing for 25 years leads to another death and unearths a lot of secrets. This is the first Claudia Rose book (#9) I’ve listened to and was easily read as a standalone book. I enjoyed it so much that I couldn’t go to bed until it was finished. Lots of twists and turns and harrowing situations. I’m going to go back to the beginning of the series now. The narrator was excellent and brought the characters and story to life. I received a free audiobook code for my honest review.

High School Reunion +

Here’s a premise that sounds familiar-a high school reunion with classmates, who may be older in years, but just as juvenile and catty as they were 26-years before. This is were an excellent writer, like Sheila Lowe shines.
An exciting story of celebrating teen years colliding with the present in resolution and justice.
A very good read!

Intrigue

In this gripping narrative, Claudia Rose attends her 25-year high school reunion, only to find herself entangled in a web of mystery and danger. This was my first book with Claudia Rose, handwriting expert as the main character. Enjoyed tremendously. I will now start the other 8.

Stupendous!!!!!

I have been so anxious for this author's next book, that it's felt like forever. I was very excited to dig in. I have the book on my tbr list, but I love audiobooks, and this one did not disappoint. In fact, I had to listen twice . I adore Claudia, and she exceeded my expectations in this one. After listening I was on a reading high. My adrenaline was mid level until the end, then it was on high alert and all systems were totally engaged and read for fight or flight. Claudia is my hero. She's persistent in search for information, even to her detriment. The ending left me breathless. I'll probably be listening again and following along on my book.
Thank you Sheila. You are magnificent!! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest opinion . The narrator did an excellent job bringing the characters and story to life. Can't wait for more . I highly recommend this book .

wonderful and engaging

This is a complex story that holds your interest throughout. Claudia Rose is someone I would like to know; she remains calm no matter the situation. I listen to a lot of books while I'm driving and being fully engrossed in the story from beginning to end during the drive is something I really appreciate. Writing is excellent! Nowhere while listening to this did I think 'hurry up, too many details'. The balance was really good! I can't wait for the next installment!

I adore this Claudia Rose series

Hooray for this 9th Claudia Rose mystery!  I adore mysteries and I am fascinated by handwriting analysis.  Sheila Lowe delivers both in these intriguing whodunnits. In Maximum Pressure, Claudia's return to her high school reunion brings in a whole new cast of characters that add new depth to the Claudia character.  And this story kept intriguing me with twists & turns that kept me fully involved till the end.  I highly recommend this book and series.  

Coming of Age

There is so much going on in this well-told story that it is hard to put down. Memories of reunions or similar occasions may flood you, as well as the joys and aggravations of high school and small towns--or close communities. Doesn't resonate? There is California traffic and big city anonymity for contrast as our favorite handwriting expert shifts gears to solve a case from her past. Enjoy!
