You don't have to listen to Bren's Blessing in order to understand the plot, but the story will be more well rounded if you do. It's part of a science fiction romance series but can be listened to as a stand-alone story with no cliff-hangers!

Awesome Sci-Fi Romance

I really enjoyed listening to this book and highly recommend the Quasar Lineage series to any adult listener who enjoys hot sci-fi romance stories. If you haven’t listened to Book 1 in this great series, I highly recommend you get it as soon as you can. Matthias’s Miracle is Book 2 in the series, and while it’s truly a stand-alone story, the world that Matthias comes from will make more sense if you’ve read Book 1. I am anxiously awaiting Book 3 in this series to be released!!

Narrators Randi Johnson and Kelsey Navarro make a great team and they both do an absolutely awesome job in narrating this story—their voices truly bring the story to life. As an added note for anyone who loves to listen to a stirring and sexy male voice, Randi definitely will not disappoint. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.

Never underestimate the Mate Bond!

This being the second book in this series, everything is still new to the men from Quasar. The women didn't have much of a choice. This is Matthias' and Susan's story. This has the Discovery en route to Quasar and in need of a vaccine. The Council wants two couples to stay and be part of a breeding study and Susan is collecting the medicine and leaving. The Council is not being honest and poses a danger to everyone. Matthias knows something's wrong and goes berserk to find Susan. I love this series.

Fantastic book.

This is book two in the series and is even better than the first book. I loved Matthias and Susan. It was a great story and Randi and Kelsey did a wonderful job narrating.

Matthias YUM

I fell in love with Matthias in book 1 and I am so happy that we got his story too. It wasn't easy, my heart was breaking for him, but he got his HEA despite the obstacles and Susan is a good match for him. I was cheering them on.
I love the duo narrating this series, and thanks to Ms. Navarro and Mr. Johnson I found another author and series to love. I can't wait for the next book.

Loved it!!

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review Ms. Pearl did it again!! Another amazing book with great narrators. Epic world building, great character development, and steamy sex scenes. I decided to wait for this book to come out on audio.. But there's no way I can wait for book 3, I'll be reading asap!

I absolutely loved this book/audio. I can't wait to read the other books attached to this series.

Sci fi fated mates story

This is book 2 in the series and though the romance is stand alone, book 1 gives you some of the background and another couple that makes appearances in this book.

Matthias and the Quasars in general, live in a matriarchal society. Many men, Matthias included, are abused, especially because the males are also much smaller than the females (they start to grow stronger once they meet their fated mates). Susan has also experienced a violent past and so together, they can heal and achieve their HEA. In the background, there continues to be the question of where the kidnapper of the Earth woman is and how to save the kidnapped women. It's a fun, imaginative story.

I also requested and received the audiobook for a listen and the audiobook features Randi Johnson and Kelsey Navarro as the narrators, in a duet style reading (meaning that they actually interact.) That is my favorite way for audiobooks to be recorded and both Randi and Kelsey are amazing. They are able to play multiple voices so well and they were a pleasure to listen to.

I was so taken with this story, I can't wait until the next one comes out. Randi Johnson( gotta love his voice) and Kelsey Navarro knocked it out of the park with the narration! They are great together. the story oh I can't ruin it for you, just go buy it lol.

enjoyed it

Matthias's Miracle is a good second instalment. Can be read as a standalone, but a better understanding of the underlying story is obtained in book one. I enjoyed this one as much as the first, It has a good pace and plenty going on, Matthias hasn't experienced love and Susan gives him that. I liked that this one has more story than sex, we are introduced to more of the girls and are getting a glimpse at a bigger picture that will be built on over the series.

Both narrators did an excellent job bringing the characters in Matthias's Miracle to life. I had no trouble identifying which of the characters was speaking and all the emotions were there adding to the audio experience.

Overall i'd happily listen to this one again.

Matthias+++ swoon!

Wow what a pleasantly surprising story to stumble upon. I really loved this story and the action in the book had me anxious along with the characters.I felt the love (insta in a mate situation). This is the second book in the series which I knew but doesn't affect the listen as if I was missing out on anything. It was so good it makes me want to go back and listen the the first though. I look forward to continuing the series if they make it to audio. Randi and Kelsey did amazing with the duet style narration which we all LOVE. Well done!
