You'd think this was a book by another King, but it's not 40+ hours of listening. So, that was my first hint. 😁
Our MC goes to this mansion for a job as a therapist not-therapist to help the rich patients nobody else seems to want to.

oh wow that was great
from the start it had my attention I love the progression of the MC and how they actually have a backbone. Narration is great and keeps a good pace.

For a Dante King book it's a slow burner which I like.
It's 2/3 of the book till spice happens which is l8ke a year for a King book. It has a nice spooky atmosphere with a spicy layer added. I like the girls and the world. The secret is kinda tame for how much they draw it out but still a good book. I'll be reading the second book when it comes out.
