Best non fiction book I read in 2023

a book every man should read, I wish it was in spanish for more men to read

A must listen for every man.

This is a book that you do not listen/read once but must revisit and study it.

Worth it for Ch. 14 onward alone

Much of what you hear on any topic isn’t new. I had one of those experiences where I had been been thinking hard about an aspect of my past and current situation and hoping to find something on it. Returned to this book to begin Chapter 14 and the author nailed exactly what I had been agonizing over. Finished the book the same day and sent to two close friends.

Get rid of that introduction

Last thing Landry needed to do was attach his work to Bronze Age Pervert. BAP's introduction is pointless and insulting and reads more as an attempt to sabotage this book than anything else. Those who make it through will get some great advice but do yourself a favor and ignore or skip BAP's insane rantings at the beginning.

Great book to read and discuss with your sons. Also would be a great book for a group of men.

Captures the true essence of man. Every man should read this book. Thorough and enjoyable narration.

He makes some good points. Some things are a stretch though. It was good overall.
