Great series!

I've really enjoyed this entire series. There's always concern that the first book sets high standards that the others cannot measure up to. That was not the case here. Each book was well written, and this final book might even be the best of the three. Thank you for this beautiful, romantic, hilarious ride Nisha Sharma. Thank you to the amazing performers who gave voice to these characters. Well done! 👏🏾♥️📚

A perfect escape!

Vibrant, evocative storytelling brought to life by two great narrators! I wasn’t the biggest fan of the male narrator’s female voices, but I grew used to them.

I love this series so much

I have loved every book so much!! These characters were so cute together. I like that there was conflict but no third act break up because the characters actually communicated with each other.

In terms of the audiobook, I always like having 2 narrators for the love interest. These narrators did a good job with bringing the story and characters to life.

An outstanding story!

Each book in the trilogy has managed to top the previous one. I got to feel and laugh and move along with the characters. I appreciated their growth and their journeys. As a Shakespeare fan, I especially loved the connections between the originals and these novels.

Two friends who can’t talk to each other

While I like that the conflict was external, I was so frustrated by the couple’s complete inability to talk honestly to each other. The basic premise was that they had this great friendship which Deepak sabotaged by selecting a marriage focused on business … but that never really made sense
given Deepak supposedly respected Veera. Once I forgave Deepak for his boneheaded idiocy,
I enjoyed this more sweet than spicy romance.

The involvement of Deepak’s parents brought a lot of heart to the story, however, I was a little disappointed at how little the previous MCs factored in.
This was a solid romance, even if not my favorite of the series.

Wonderful book

Vera and Deepak were friends. They lost touch after her father fired her and Deepak got engaged to another woman. His engagement falls apart at the same time Veera and her twin sister need his help. The three of them end up getting drunk. Then Veera and Deepak end up getting married in a Hindu ceremony. They eventually decide to use the marriage to both of their advantage.
Watching Deepak realize he was in love with Veera was a journey. I really enjoyed Veera's growth. This was such a wonderful story.

Beautiful send off!

I must admit I was super excited to read this and I was not disappointed. Veera and Deepak have just always been my faves since the beginning. Well, probably more so Veera because I do love a kind and fierce heroine. I think of all the leads I could relate to her the most. So, I appreciate her story so much!

Do appreciate the built to their romance and how it planted since the beginning. Maybe I just love friends to lovers.

Also, one thing I absolutely adored (it might sound weird), but just how atypical the 3rd act conflict was. More authors should continue to subvert our expectations!

Proper Ending to the Trilogy

I really did enjoy the trilogy as a whole, but this story was my least favorite of the three. While the characters feel rounded out, it was hard to sympathize with characters who were so privileged, but their jobs were on the line. Felt like low stakes, but I understand the reason is because of the premise. I just couldn't get past it. If you like friends to lovers, you'll like this, however it depends deeply on the other two books for context and build up to their love story. I would have preferred if they built up the love story more instead of sprinkling in old text convos. The love story felt too quick and instant because of that. Overall, the writing is well done in the trilogy, but this was the most difficult to listen to. Narrators are awesome as usual. Spice level is not as good as Dating Dr. Dill which was 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. This book was 🌶️🌶️.
