Shorter than it seems.

It's a good book with good information but I had to turn the speed up to 1.80X to get it to my usual listening speed. Finished in less than an hour.

You will be learning that one of the best ways to harden yourself against manipulators is to put up good defense, that is having self-awareness and boosting your self-esteem. I appreciate this entire book. Thank you for writing it and especially the statement that a relationship with an emotional manipulator is dangerous. I may cite this for my child's safety as it seems judges do not understand the insidious nature of the abuser before them.
