It's a good book. interesting story. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

So good!

I loved the push and pull in the relationship! I also thought it was super cute that Sarah was trying to learn all these things she never got taught like how to use a cell phone or how to ride the subway. I also loved the moments Dario had trying to show his love for Sarah! They had a interesting dynamic and a interesting relationship! I loved the alpha tendencies he had!

Shocking!

I was so excited to read this book and was not disappointed. Dario redeemed himself in Sarah's eyes thank goodness. The nastiness caused by Sarah's family is disgusting. As she learns about how to live in her new world she gains confidence and grasps at more knowledge. sarah wants to succeed to become independent. Dario changes his priorities so he can keep Sarah with him. Erin Mallon and Twddy Hamilton bring their talents to narrate this book. Their reading makes this audiobook exciting to listen. I am waiting on baited breath for book three for the conclusion to this trilogy.

Sarah is fierce!

Dario Lucari is a man you hate to love but cannot help falling for his big heart and tough exterior. He’s a champion of women but brutal to anything Colonia. Until Sarah. He was going to use her and throw her away. But he’s in so deep his heart would be black without her light.

But Sarah has discovered her own strength and is developing her own identity. And she will fight for the man who kidnapped her, threw her into a rooftop garden, freezing and hungry, and made her distrust everything she knew growing up. But he stole her heart and she will not leave him.

Book three release is way too far away. I mean Sarah with a gun is something to behold. I need more asap!

What the heck!!! CD Reiss did it again!!

I’m still reeling! That ending! I should have known I was close to the end of the book, but I was caught off guard again. I shouldn’t be shocked, because she does it all the time!

This story is so very good! I love Sarah! As sheltered as she was raised, she is adapting to the real world quickly and fairly easily! Her adaption to being married…. Or not…. Has me rooting for them!! I hope her trade works…..

If you are a CD Reiss fan, you know what you’re in for.. if you have not read Take Me or Make Me.. you need to! 5 stars all around.. and Erin Mallon and Teddy Hamilton are perfect!!!

Love it but PLEASE stop the hymen MYTH!

There is no hymen as per se. How on earth would period blood get through a barrier.
The story though is beautiful. Well written and the performances are spot on!

man I hope she kicks a$$ in the next book. for someone not knowing anything and raised to obey a man every move. she ture all that around. I can't wait for the next book I need to know if she saves her family aka new love.

Enjoyed the series so far but disappointed when it finished in the middle of the story & suspense, only to discover that book 3 Break Me won't be released/available until the end of the year apparently
