Great, Quality Story

I loved this book. The narration and story were both wonderful. The author has a talent for showing how characters can be real and at the same time have a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. Don’t miss this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Sweet southern spirit

Recovering from heartbreak and grief, an unlikely pair spend the summer healing with big dreams but bigger doubts. Hauck outdid herself with a story that never gives up in God’s goodness and desire for prosperous futures for those who surrender to His will.

Overall this book was pretty good.

I wished after listening to this book that it had been more authentic. I could hear themes and what not from other movies that I've watched and books that I'd read woven within this book. Overall it was a good, believable story but just wish it was less of a copy.

having lived in the low country of SC it was nice to have this setting in Beaufort with references to Charleston. Rachel Hauck's spiritual threads are strong. beautifully wriiten

Strong Christian story

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Biblically based romance with with realistic meaning menus of angst.

Wonderful story and narration!

Rachel Hauck has done it again, with a wonderful, heartwarming, clean story. And it’s perfectly conveyed through this amazing narrator- she really makes the story come to life! I wish every audio book could be read by her!

Better Than the First Book

To say that this audiobook was exceptional would be an understatement. The first installment in the series was engaging, but this second book surpassed it by a significant margin. I attribute this to my affinity for Elle and Heath. Elle displayed a feisty attitude, and is the kind of friend everybody needs in life. Just like the first book, there was a love triangle, but there was a huge difference between the male characters.

Stories featuring single dads have a soft spot in my heart, and this particular one is a standout. Heath's sweet and endearing personality made him relatable. Tracy Love, his daughter, added to the story's charm. It's possible the third installment could exceed this book, but it would be a difficult feat. Additionally, the revelation about Caroline and Mitch was a satisfying touch.

I need to move to this town and live amongst all these people. 😊 The narrator was fantastic.
