Helped Me Rethink Dating

This book made me take a hard look at how I’ve approached relationships. I used to constantly chase connection and approval, but it was exhausting and never worked out well. It made me reflect on how I approach emotional connections, even if I walked away with a different perspective.

Some fun thoughts

The author presents some strong opinions, but it's humorous and entertaining overall. I liked listening to how men can perceive women when they (the men) are desperate to be in a relationship. From that angle, the author's observations may well be accurate, although they may not be as accurate in absolute terms. If you are a man who feels he has to chase a woman, or a woman who tends to attract such men, definitely give this audiobook a try; you won't regret it.
