What an incredible book, one of her best. I am a fan of KL Slater and have read/listened to many of her books. Loved the story from beginning to the end, never guessing the secret. Looking forward to when I can get your new book. The narration was excellent.

written unbelievably well

I was sucked in at about chapter 3, then it just kept building and building. written very very well. A different style than most suspense crime novels.

COULDN'T STOP LISTENING!

Wow, what a great story! And quite the rollercoaster of emotions as the story continues to its explosive and unexpected ending. Narration was spot-on and engaging. I strongly recommend this author, narrator and story.

It is a nice relaxing read. It did not have me on the edge of my seat but I enjoyed the main character very much. Other were believable.

Nothing earth shattering here. No big surprises. It all comes together in the end, pretty much as predicted.

Fantastic beyond words

I literally had no idea what was happening till the end. Slater is an amazing and creative writer.

Not at all a psychological thriller but still good

There were a lot of secrets and shady behavior in this book. A lot! I had my suspicions about who was doing what and with whom they were doing it. I didn't have been more wrong. Lol. When all the truths started coming out, my had started spinning. Great book and I'd shady read it again.

I want more!

This is only the second book that I have read by this author and I will certainly be reading more!

I was hooked from the first few pages. There is mystery and intriguing people that keep you guessing until the very surprising end.

I kept waiting for something to happen; for things to start falling into place. When they did....THEY DID! I'm so glad I was patient!!
